Charging Requirements:

Note: The standard temperature of this charging process is 25ºC, and the battery is charged with the decrease or increase of the ambient temperature. The voltage adjustment factor is + or -4mV (ºC· cell).
Charging process parameters refer to the following:
The first stage: pre-charge, 0.10C3A constant current charge to 2.00V/ cell or charge 0.5h, if it fails to reach 2.00V/cell, the charger should alarm the abnormal situation.
The second stage: (0.15~0.18) C3A constant current charge to 2.40V/ cell or charge time reaches 6h, charge automatically transfer to the third stage;
The third stage: constant current (0.10~0.12) C3A charge to 2.47V/ cell or charge time reaches 2h, charge automatically transfer to the fourth stage;
The fourth stage: constant voltage 2.47V/ cell, current limit 0.05C3A charge, charge until the current is reduced to 0.01C3A or charge when the time reaches 2h, the charge will be automatically transferred to the fifth stage;
The fifth stage: voltage limit 2.67V/ cell, current limit 0.015C3A charge 2h automatically converted to the sixth stage;
The sixth stage: float charge, float charge voltage 2.30V/cell, current limit 0.01C3A, charge 4h.
For example, if the battery model is 6-EVF-100 and the rated voltage is 12V, the voltage requirements for the charging process parameters are as described above six times as much. The rated capacity is 100Ah, where 0.15C3A indicates A current of 15A (A indicates a unit of current, C3 indicates battery capacity).
